Any kits that can test foods' nutrition?

I got to thinking, are there any kits or devices readily available that can test nutritional/mineral content in various foods, plants, etc.? I'd be interested in testing some of the veggies I'm growing and comparing them to store-bought produce.

In other words, if the stuff is nutritious, kids won't eat it?

There are about 40 nutrients required by the human body. That would take a fairly large kit to test them all, or even the ones of major interest. Check the phone book and pay somebody to do your analysis.
